For participation in the Zaxby’s Guest Survey and Sweepstakes, all the entrants must fulfill the eligibility criteria and obey the contest rules such as

- To ensure your feedback return to the manager of the Zaxby’s location you visited and also continue the survey, you will need to input your time of visit, the amount spent and survey entry code in their respective fields. - Click on the ‘Enter’ button to begin the survey.

How to Enter the Zaxby’s Sweepstakes by Mail
If you are not willing to make any purchase or take any survey can send a mail request to enter into the Sweepstakes Contest. - Other than online or mail-in entry, the qualified person can take the Phone or SMS Survey using the toll-free number on their Survey Invitation.
- All the eligible and complete entries will be entered in the draw for the daily sweepstakes for the day or the following Weekly Sweepstakes in which they are received.
- Each survey entry and write-in entry will receive 10 entries to the daily draw.
