Who is eligible to participate in the survey
- You should possess a recent purchase receipt from the restaurant where all the necessary information is available there.
- You must be a legal resident of 50 Unites States or District of Colombia.

- Now, choose your preferred languages between English or Espanol and click “Next” to continue
- Now, you have to locate your store through zip code or by entering the store number and click “Next” to proceed further
- Now, if you choose to locate the store through store number, then you are required to enter the 10 digit store number, which can be found on your purchase receipt and click “Next” to proceed.
- Or, if you choose to locate the store through zip code, then you are required to enter the Zip code of the city in which the store locate and click “Next” to proceed
- After that, you need to answer questions based on, food, friendliness of staff, quality of the food, cleanliness of the environment and the overall experience with the restaurant.
- And last you are required to enter your personal information and email ID to get a chance to win sweepstakes and submit your survey.
