- Click on the “Enter” link next to the entry field to begin the survey.
- Answer the questions you will be asked honestly based on your experience

You can also call the toll-free number on the survey invitation and respond to the recorded prompts to complete the telephone survey. And for the SMS survey, you will need to test your responses to the number provided in the Invitation instructions.

If you are not willing to make a purchase or complete a survey can send a mail request to participate in the Primark Sweepstakes.
