In order to take part in the Dunkin’ Donuts Guest Experience Survey, you will need to maintain the following eligibility criteria.
- You must be a legal resident of the USA.
- Need to visit a Dunkin’ Donuts location most recently and receive a valid purchase receipt with a survey invitation.
- You must complete the survey within 3 days of receiving the survey code or the purchase date.
How to TakeDunkin’ Donuts Guest Satisfaction Survey Online
Here is a short guide to help you out complete the survey and redeem the offer printed on your Dunkin’ Donuts receipt survey invitation:
- Visit the survey site on your receipt or access www.telldunkin.com
- Choose your preferred language between English and Spanish to continue the survey.
- Enter the 18 digit survey code located in the middle of your receipt. (See the example receipt image on the right-hand side of the page to find the number).
- Click the “Start” button to proceed.
- Answer all the questions; rate your satisfaction level based on your recent visit to Dunkin’ Donuts.
- Fill out the rest and provide the required details.
The customers, whose receipt does not have a survey code, can click the “My receipt does not have a survey code” link under the ‘Start’ button at the survey entry page. And then, enter the necessary details i.e. 6-digit store number or PC number located at the top of the receipt and indicate the date and hour of that visit and click “Next” to take the survey.
Once you complete, a validation code will appear on your screen titling ‘Validate Your Offer’. Write the code in the space provided at the bottom of your original receipt. If you can’t find the place, use the link below the validation code to see a picture where to write the code.
