• Here, scroll down and towards the bottom at the right side, choose, ‘Texas’.

• On the next page at the top right side click on, ‘Login’.

• On the next page, at the middle if you are a residential customer, click on, ‘Pay my bill-manage my account’ in green.

• In the directed page at the left click on, ‘New user’.

• For new user, you will get a box at the middle, here you will be informed that, you have to enter the email address,

• Click submit

• The follow the steps you will see on the screen.

For returning user, you will get a box, where, it will be directed,

• Type the email

• Enter a new password

• Check the inbox for verification mail

• Input the code you’ve got from mail

• Then, click on, ‘Verify code’.

For small business account, go back to the previous page, and there at the right side of, ‘Pay my bill-manage my account’ in green, click on, ‘Texas Small Business Customers – Pay My Bill’

• In the next page, at the middle right side type,

• The email address or the username

• Then, click on, ‘Login’ in orange.

• In the directed page at the right side, you will get the blank, where, type,

• Then, click on, ‘Submit’ in blue.

You will be logged in.
